NOT ALL PROs ARE CREATED EQUAL so HELP PRO validate all PROs…

 

• We require all PRO business owners to complete a background, insurance, license and reference check

• We evaluate the quality and customer satisfaction of projects completed by HELP PRO PROs

• We randomly spot check PROs work by going to the customer location to evaluate the performance of the PRO’s work first hand

• We require all HELP PRO PROs to follow the HELP PRO standards; if the HELP PRO standards are NOT followed, HELP PRO has the right to remove the PRO from the HELP PRO network.  The standards are listed below…

HELP PRO standards (Professionalism, Customer Service and Quality)

We require all HELP PRO PROs to follow these standards:

 

• Be on Time - Let the customer when you are planning to arrive – if you are going to be late, let the customer know (in advance), what your new targeted arrival timeframe is projected to be
• Provide great customer service, quality craftsmanship and be professional will performing the work
• Clean up after the project (if applicable)
• Provide a written or typed invoice after completing the project
• Ask the customer to rate the performance of their work on HELP PRO after the project is done
