HOW IT WORKS
The process is very simple! Watch this short video to learn how the process works…
Step 1 – Sign up to become a HELP PRO Pro
- The PRO business owner is required to complete and pass a background check
- The PRO insurance and license is verified
- The PRO is required to provide references from past customers

Step 2 – Create a PRO Profile Page
- After passing the background check, the PRO will be granted access to create a PRO Profile page
- The goal of the PRO Profile Page is to highlight and market the PRO's company products and services
- The consumer will use the PRO Profile Page to decide which PRO to hire based off the PRO bid price, profile page and consumer reviews
- Upload pictures or a video from past work, list company history, specialties, hours of operations, specials/promos, messages/slogans to get the customer attention, licenseand insurance info, etc…
- Once the PRO Profile page is completed, the PRO will be ready to start receiving Service Request
Step 3 – The Customer submits a Service Request (It's Free, Fast and Easy)
- Service Requests can be submitted online at www.helppro.pro or call 1-855-966-HELP (4357)
- Customer specify the type of PRO they are looking for
- Customer specify when they need the PRO
- Customer input their zip code
- Customer provide additional details about the project (photos or a video can also be submitted)

Step 4– The Service Request is matched and linked to local qualified PROs using HELP PRO advanced technology
- The Service Request is routed to local PROs
- PRO receive notifications via email, text message and online listing the Service Request details
- PRO determines if they are interested and available to do the job (there is NO cost or obligation to receive leads)
- If the PRO is interested and available the PROs can bid on the Service Request
- If the PRO need additional details or any clarifications, the PRO can send the customer questions using the internal message board
Step 5 – The PRO bids on the Service Request
- The PRO can bid a fixed price, an hourly rate or request an on-site quote
- If enough details are provided in the Service Request, the PRO should bid a fixed price or hourly rate. The PRO greatly increase their chances of winning the service request if a bid price is provided
- If enough details are NOT provided in the Service Request, the PRO can request an on-site quote; which allows the PRO to go on-site to learn more about the project and see exactly what needs to be done before providing a price

Step 6 – The customer selects the PRO of choice that best meet their need
- The customer will receive up to 4 bid prices. The customer can view the PROs bid price, profile page and reviews (to ensure accurate and unbiased outside reviews, ONLY HELP PRO customers can provide HELP PRO reviews)
- It's to the PRO's advantage to respond to all Service Request as quickly as possible. Most customers hire the first bid. Customers can select the PRO of choice at any time or wait to receive up to 4 bid prices before selecting the PRO of choice

Step 7 – The selected PRO will receive an email, text message and online notification about the award announcement
- Once the customer select the PROof their choice; the PRO is obligated to confirm the Service Request
- The PRO will receive a notification that list the customer's name, address and contact info
- The customer will receive a notification that list the PROs name, address and contact info
- PRO should call the customer to schedule the appointment. The appointment can also be scheduled online
- The Customer will get an appointment notification via email, test message and online

Step 8 – After the PRO completes the job, the PRO request the customer to fill out a survey to rate the PRO's job performance
- Having the customer complete the survey will HELP the PRO win future HELP PRO jobs. Other customers will review the survey results and base their selection off of the results of the survey
- Once the PRO and customer connects, the customer can become a repeat customer without any obligations to HELP PRO. Most of the leads become reoccurring/repeat customers for the PRO
